Effective 9 September 2026. This notice covers the BillRobin website and early-access list, operated by 2542038 Alberta Ltd. It does not describe a future bill-analysis service.
What we collect and why
If you request early access, we collect your email address, the province or territory you select, the time of your request and the version of the consent notice you accepted. We use these details to maintain the list and contact you about BillRobin’s availability in your area. The form does not request a utility bill, payment information or a retailer password.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond. Please avoid sending sensitive account information.
Choice and consent
The early-access checkbox is optional and is not preselected. You can read the guides without joining. You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing 2542038albertaltd@gmail.com from your registered address. We will provide an unsubscribe method in launch emails and honour withdrawal requests within ten business days.
Hosting and service providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Early-access entries are stored in a server-side Cloudflare D1 database. Our email correspondence is handled through Google. These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful access requirements. We do not promise Canadian-only storage.
Access to the early-access list is limited to the business operator and service providers needed to operate it. It is not available through a public list endpoint. We do not sell the list or provide it to energy retailers for their marketing.
Website measurement and security
At this launch stage we do not install advertising pixels, session replay or cross-site marketing trackers. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. The application does not store IP addresses in the early-access list.
Retention and your requests
We keep early-access details while needed to provide the requested launch updates, and review inactive entries after twelve months. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information using the contact below. We may need to verify that the request is yours, and retain limited records where needed to document a withdrawal or meet a legal obligation.
