How we check a figure
We use primary sources such as regulator decisions, utility rate schedules and government pages. Each figure is read from its official source and checked by a second review before it is published. Every figure shows its source and the date we read it.

When something changes
We update the page and its date and say what changed. We never change a date unless the page changed.
Independence
No retailer pays BillRobin to appear on our pages or to change their order. We do not rate retailers.
